10 floors. The ground floor is $4 and every floor costs double the one below, up to $2,048 for the penthouse. Buy a vacant floor and your name and link are on it: one tenant per floor, first deed wins, no auction and no queue. All 10 floors together come to $4,092.
Two more things are for sale and neither is a floor: the shopfront neon signs at street level, one in each window, $99 each.
A floor is yours for as long as TopFloor.lol exists — nobody can promise a website outlives them, and the terms say so plainly. It can change hands only if its owner agrees, and nobody can be made to sell. Names and logos are read by a person before they go up.
TopFloor.lol is built in public by two people: David (@_dlazaro) and Ismael (@klomoli). Every floor let here is seed capital for what they build next.
